We provide drone operations, aerial photography, inspection, mapping, and related services as outlined on our website. All flights are carried out in compliance with CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulations and under the authority of our ReOC certification. Service availability may vary depending on weather conditions, site safety, and regulatory approvals.
 

3. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A deposit or full payment may be required before services are confirmed. Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms provided.
 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur fees to cover scheduling and administrative costs. If weather, safety, or regulatory issues prevent a flight, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must obtain all necessary site permissions and provide safe access to the location. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the requested services do not breach any local laws, restrictions, or private property rights.
 

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe operations, Aussie Drones Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the services provided. We maintain full insurance coverage as required under Australian law.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Aussie Drones Australia, including images, videos, maps, and reports, remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use, copy, or distribute any material from our website without prior written consent.
 

8. Privacy
